ADIS Tachov s.r.o. completes its acquisition of NS KUNSTSTOFFTECHNIK - CZ

Recently recognized as the “Best Automotive Plastic Supplier, Czech Republic”, ADIS-Tachov are proud to announce further good news for the industry this week that it has successfully acquired NS Kunststofftechnik - CZ, s.r.o.

Offering complimentary products and services to the existing ADIS line-up, the purchase of NSK helps expand the company’s geographic presence, create a wider portfolio and further build its deliverance of outstanding customer service.

Co-owner and Executive Director of ADIS, Jeremy Svoboda said upon the announcement that “the acquisition will increase our footprint and ability to service all of our customers better, and the talented team from NSK are a welcome asset and resource in our continued drive to deliver excellence at every step and stick to our motto, 𝘘𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘨𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘺”.

With NSK’s current clients comprising of 90% automotive and 10% industrial, the value-add created by combining the two product sets is a win-win for the wider plastics industry and customers alike.

Jeremy further added that “the acquisition extends our clamp tonnage range up to 1,000 tons, and gives us a bigger engineering team and 3D printing capabilities for product development”.

In addition to providing additional technologies and capacity for ADIS customers, a key attribute of the purchase was the enablement of increasing the speed-to-market of products via an extra 20 injection molding machines, mold-making apparatus, and tooling infrastructure.
